The villa preserves the refined atmosphere envisioned by Lord Grimthorpe in the early 1900s, when he began the property’s refurbishment. More recent restorations taken by the present owners the Vuilleumier family continue to respect and conserve Villa Cimbrone’s original architectural and design elements.
An ancient hotel tradition
The hotel management activity by the Vuilleumier family began way back in 1874. Today, the fifth generation, with a background of specific degrees and international work experiences, continues this ancient family tradition.
